Refund policy

For shipping within Egypt, you may always check and review the product while the courier awaits you within (5-
10) minutes.
o In case you no longer wish to have the product, you may return it immediately to the courier and only pay the shipping fees assigned* (Not applied during Sale period).
o It is not permitted to exchange or return after the courier leaves
unless there is a defect in the piece or a product other than what was requested was sent.
• Shipping fees must be paid in both cases by the customer, whether for exchange or return, except for a defect in the piece.
